How much does it cost to run an estate sale?

There is no upfront cost. Our fee comes from a percentage of the sale’s proceeds, so we only get paid when your items sell.

How long does it take to set up an estate sale?

Most homes take 3–5 days to stage, price, research, and organize, depending on the size of the estate.

What items do you accept for estate sales?

Almost everything—furniture, tools, antiques, collectibles, home décor, jewelry, kitchenware, clothing, outdoor items, and more. If it’s in the home, we can likely sell it.

Do I need to clean or organize before you arrive?

No. In fact, we prefer you leave everything exactly as it is. Our team sorts, organizes, researches, and stages the entire home.

What happens to the leftover items after the sale?

We offer optional clean-out services including donations, removal, and preparing the home to be market-ready.
